Amity Home embraces optimism with spring collections

“People have fallen in love again with being at home, and they want to make their interiors more comfortable and functional,” said Susan Lynch Scranton, design director. “Our newest designs speak to this movement by staying true to our casual, collected aesthetic.”

The luxury linens house is launching its Spring 2021 Collection (see description on page 2) of bedding, curtains and rugs at the Dallas Total Home & Gift Market (Jan. 6-12) and the Atlanta Market (Jan. 12-19).

New pairings juxtapose sophisticated fabrications and casual textures – all made of natural materials – to achieve what Scranton described as “beautiful, easy-care products you want to live in.”

Ben Chhabra, founder & president, elaborated: “After the whole pandemic experience, we want to elevate our line with optimism. That said, for spring, we sought to develop bright and lively looks that complement Amity Home’s signature style.”

Along with the new collections, the company is also spotlighting other recent collections:

Sophia: A current color interpretation of a large scale traditional frame motif updated as a watercolor drawing and printed on a soft cotton ground.

Monaco: A medley of medallions bedecked in a color burst of jewel tones

Murdock: A lofty quilt and matching shams featuring an abstract watercolor design printed on crisp 400-count cotton sateen, reversing to a luxurious100% natural linen

“As a company, we have been running new collections consistently and delivering orders on time, despite interruptions from Covid-19,” Chhabra continued. “With last year’s markets attracting sometimes less than half the typical traffic, many of our recent collections have yet to be seen by some of our customers. We are optimistic about business for this New Year and are excited to present our thoughtful new collections to the retail community.”
